The consumer may return any new, unopened, and unused items sold and fulfilled by SwordDemon.com within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a fullrefund of the cost of the item minus a 20% re-stocking fee and the cost of shipping. All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting SwordDemon.com. If the consumer returns the item without a Return Authorization Number, the return will not beprocessed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned package.


SwordDemon.com only offers exchanges for faulty items that the consumer would like an even exchange for. If the consumer would like to exchange an item for a different item, then the consumer must contact SwordDemon.com in order to return the original item and place another order for the item the consumer wishes to purchase. The consumer does not need to wait for the refund on the original item to be processed in order to purchase the new item.


If an item purchased by the consumer is defective then it is the consumer's responsibility to notify SwordDemon.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify SwordDemon.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to SwordDemon.com discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked with in 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of the returned package.


SwordDemon.com will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide labels to the consumer in order to return a defective item. If an item is non-defective, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. SwordDemon.com will provide a shipping label to the consumer in order to return the item back to our warehouse. These charges will be deducted from the amount of the consumer'€™s refund.


A consumer who wishes to cancel an order is required to contact SwordDemon.com immediately. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If the consumer contacts SwordDemon.com before the item has been processed, then the order can be cancelled and the consumer will not incur any charges. If the consumer contacts SwordDemon.com after the order has been processed, the consumer will be unable to cancel the order. The consumer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping if the consumer wishes to return the item.

PLEASE NOTE: If the item is not returned to the warehouse, then no refunds or replacements will be issued. The consumer has 30 days once the return authorization number is provided to return the unwanted item back to the SwordDemon.com warehouse. If the consumer does not return the item within the given time frame, then the return will be voided. A return will not be reauthorized or processed once the 30 days have passed.
